    Salary based on experience (Hourly non-exempt position)

    *Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.*

     

    We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 501-unit luxury mid-rise in Lauderhill - immediately adjacent to W Commercial Blvd and N University Drive​​​​​​! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed.     Requirements

    + At least two years of experience in on-site property management.

    + Assistant Community Manager experience is preferred.

    + Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.

    + Must be able to work the first or second Saturday of the month, with an alternative day off during the week, to help with collecting rent or 3-day notices.

    + Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

    Work Days: Monday – Saturday

     

    Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

     

    Required License or Certification: Valid FL Driver’s License
