As a Senior Analyst in Operations, you’ll play a key role in designing and implementing strategic initiatives that improve performance across the organization. About the Spark and Trust Team
The Spark and Trust team is focused on building operational strategies that enhance customer trust and drive business growth. We work across departments to develop scalable solutions, improve transparency, and ensure consistent execution of key initiatives. As part of this team, you’ll help shape the future of how Walmart delivers value and earns trust with every interaction.
What you’ll do
+ Design and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across stakeholder teams
+ Develop and improve operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality
+ Implement scorecards and tracking mechanisms to measure performance
+ Identify root causes and recommend data-driven solutions for operational challenges
+ Support business solutions through cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement
What you’ll bring

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
