Manages to HHCMG’s objectives of providing workflow analysis, implementation training and on-going support to optimizing practices in developing standardization, improvement to scheduling, registration, patient access, fiscal management, metrics tracking, analytics and reporting. Defines and confirms project scope and objective. Prepares project plans defines roles and responsibilities and identifies required project resources and contingent alliances. Conducts regular project meetings and monitors plan progress in relation to critical path and key date deliverables. Provides progress reports to team members as well as appropriate HHCMG management on regularly scheduled intervals. Ensures business benefits can be realized or that risks inhibiting project progress are highlighted and brought to the attention of project stakeholders for consideration of interventional support. *Minimum Requirements:* Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other appropriate discipline. Experience Minimum five years project management experience in a role that requires involvement and understanding of project management initiatives including introduction of new business processes to support business goals. Experienced in change management and formally trained in project management disciplines. We take great care of careers.
