Through our multi-site network of care, we constantly strive to meet its mission in helping people find their way while educating and empowering individuals to participate in their own care and recovery. *_Job Summary_* Works cooperatively with the office manager to provide general secretarial functions that contribute to the smooth operation of the office, and delivery of quality service to clients including general reception and clerical duties, filing, data input, email correspondence, phone management, maintaining client charts, and greeting clients and other visitors. * Minimum 1 year experience in a secretarial position preferred. * High school diploma or equivalent * Excellent computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Email. * Accuracy and proficiency in data entry.
