We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance & Operations Manager to join our team at Lockheed Martin's Rotary and Mission Systems business area in Moorestown, New Jersey\. As a leader in the development and production of advanced technologies, including radar and sensors, maritime systems, and missile defense technology, we are looking for a talented individual to take on the challenge of maintaining and operating our state\-of\-the\-art engineering and manufacturing facilities\.
The Work
The Facilities Maintenance & Operations Manager will be responsible for:
Maintaining 24/7/365 operations of critical equipment and infrastructure across 2 million square feet in Moorestown, NJ, and regional ancillary sites
Managing and leading several functional areas in Facilities Maintenance, including:
Equipment maintenance \(electrical/mechanical\)
Carpentry/painting
HVAC
Plumbing
Inventory control
Maintenance engineering
Work order control
Custodial services
Groundskeeping
Automated building management system
Managing planned and unplanned utility outages
Overseeing contractor maintenance and 3rd party service provider activities, such as:
Fire protection and detection
Roof repairs
Elevator maintenance
Automated building management system operations
Providing emergency response support, including being a site management representative of the Emergency Operations Center \(EOC\) for crisis and event management
Completing preparation tasks for internal and external customer events and tours
Ensuring adherence to bargaining unit contracts, and managing subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, cross\-training, certifications, and compliance
Establishing Facilities Maintenance policies and procedures to support site financial goals and resource levels
Identifying critical failures, infrastructure, manufacturing needs, and areas of risk for capital planning
Implementing multiple asset management strategies, including:
Reactive emergency repairs
Calendar\-based preventive maintenance
Time\-based preventive maintenance
Asset health monitoring
Reliability practices
Predictive maintenance
Failure and effects analysis

Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
8\+ years of experience in facilities maintenance and operations, with a focus on leadership and management
Proven experience in managing and maintaining large\-scale facilities and infrastructure
Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance and operations principles, including asset management, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance
Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross\-functional teams and external partners
Experience with automated building management systems and asset management software is highly desirable

Basic Qualifications:
Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment\.
Experience leading a technical team and interfacing with trade personnel as well as facility staff
Must have proficiency with Microsoft Windows products including: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Experience with writing clear, concise, detailed descriptive reports
Previous experience using Maximo, IWMS or equivalent Computer Maintenance Management Systems \(CMMS\)
Experienced with and demonstrated ability to follow established standards, policy and procedures, including mechanical, controls, construction, safety, risk planning, security, and for meeting program requirements
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of building and construction codes
Operational knowledge of power distribution and preventive inspection maintenance requirements for high voltage distribution
Application of predictive maintenance tools including vibration, ultrasonic and infrared analysis
Ability to write Construction/Design standards as related to reliability/maintainability requirements
Previous experience with Building Automation System implementation and incorporation of the IIoT
Experience with application of Reliability Centered Maintenance principles
Experience creating and managing vendor support service contracts

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
**Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $100,500 \- $177,215\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\. **Benefits offered:** Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short\-Term Disability, Long\-Term Disability, 401\(k\) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays\. \(Washington state applicants only\) Non\-represented full\-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off \(PTO\) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays\. Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays\. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year\. This position is incentive plan eligible\.
