**Description:** You will be the Test Engineer Supervisor for the Sensor Integration and Test Center \(SITC\) / Microelectronics Center \(MEC\) at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Orlando, FL\. Our team powers multi‑shift manufacturing of electro‑optical sub‑assemblies, composites, frames and full‑scale assemblies, delivering speed, agility and technical innovation to critical defense programs\.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Test Engineer Supervisor, you will lead the functional initiatives of the Test Operations team while partnering with the Test Engineering support function to ensure test activities are efficient, compliant and continuously improving\. You will be the go‑to leader for quality, schedule and cost performance across all test programs in the center\.
Your responsibilities will include
• Recruiting, hiring and staffing hourly Test Operators and Technicians to build a high‑performing workforce\.
• Designing, delivering and maintaining training programs and career‑development plans for test personnel\.
• Reviewing existing test processes, collaborating with test engineers, and implementing updates that boost quality and productivity\.
• Creating and executing cross‑training and rotation strategies to increase agility and eliminate single points of failure\.
• Managing test‑related quality metrics, schedule adherence and cost targets for every program operating in the center\.
• Leading daily test‑operations briefings, status reviews and continuous‑improvement events\.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements throughout all test activities\.
• Acting as a mentor and coach, fostering an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives drive innovation\.

Basic Qualifications:
\-B\.S\. degree in an Engineering discipline or a STEM related field\.
\-Previous team lead or supervisory experience\.
\-Experience with manufacturing/production operations\.
\-Familiar with common electronic test equipment and troubleshooting methodologies\.
\-Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance and therefore must be a US citizen\.
Desired Skills:
\-Previous leadership experience\.
\-Familiar with automated electronics test and manufacturing processes\.
\-Familiar with automated test software such as Test Stand, LabWindows CVI, and Labview\.
Experience working in a union environment\.
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
