    In this role…

     

    You will support our supply chain operations by monitoring inventory levels, analyzing stock movements, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Leverage your passion for continuous improvement and inventory management expertise in this fast paced, cross-functional team environment.

    What you'll do…

    + · **Inventory Monitoring and Reporting:** Track inventory levels, turnover rates, and discrepancies using inventory management systems. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

    + · **Data Analysis:** Analyze inventory data to identify trends, stock imbalances, and opportunities to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.

    + · **Demand Forecasting Support:** Collaborate with planning teams to support demand forecasting and inventory replenishment strategies.

    + · **Process Improvement:** Identify inefficiencies in inventory processes and recommend improvements to increase accuracy and reduce waste.

    + · **System Support:** Assist in maintaining and improving inventory management systems, including data integrity and system enhancements.

    + · **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to resolve inventory issues and ensure material availability.

    + · **Training and Documentation:** Develop and update inventory process documentation and provide training to relevant teams as needed.

    + **Drive Transformation:** Support activities that contribute to the MP&L Global Industrial System transformation (Tech Modernization, BCC/Daily Management, Strategy Deployment, All-hands/Townhalls, Materials Excellence Academy).

     

    You'll have...

     

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous process improvement.

    + 4 or more years in supply chain or in a manufacturing environment

    + Experience with inventory management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, ERP systems).

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    + highly analytical, with strong communication skills

    Even better, you may have…

    + Master's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

    + Experience with demand planning and forecasting techniques.

    + Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.

    + Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

    + Previous experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
