Our client is hiring multiple Machine Operators for our expanding team! We have immediate openings on all shifts. Come work in a dynamic manufacturing environment where your skills will make a difference.
The machine operator is responsible for operating and maintaining fabrication equipment to produce high-quality aluminum parts. This role ensures production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in alignment with quality standards.
_Franklin, NH_
_Full-Time | Direct Hire_
_Pay Rate: $23 or above based on experience_
_Shift differentials (10% for 2nd shift, 15% for 3rd Shift)_
+ _1st Shift: 7am-3pm (Monday-Friday _
+ _2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm (Monday-Friday) or 3pm-1am (Mon-Thurs)_
+ _3rd Shift: 11pm-7am (Monday-Friday)_
Key Responsibilities:
+ Operate fabrication machinery, including saws, presses, benders, and CNC equipment.
+ Load and unload materials and parts onto machines.
+ Monitor machine operation and promptly report any issues to the supervisor.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.
+ Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.
+ Document production data and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Follow all safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Previous experience in manufacturing or fabrication preferred.
+ Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
+ Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Work Environment:
+ Fast-paced manufacturing floor.
+ Exposure to noise, machinery, and aluminum materials.
+ Required use of safety equipment and strict adherence to safety procedures.
