    Come join our dedicated landscape team, where you’ll help nurture, preserve, and enhance the unique beauty and charm of our world-class resort.

    As a Landscape Arboriculture Technician with Kohler Hospitality, you’ll be responsible for:

    • All aspects of tree care, including removals, pruning, planting, cabling, fertilization, IPM, and much more

    • Installation of landscape features to include: herbaceous and woody plants, turf, irrigation, construction features like posts and minor hardscaping

    • Maintenance, upkeep, and enhancement of existing landscape properties

    • Maintenance and operation of equipment necessary to perform above tasks which may include but is not limited to: Aerial lifts, chippers, leaf blowers, hand tools, string trimmers, chain saws, skid steers, tractors, pickup trucks, and golf carts.

    • Assisting with snow removal responsibilities according to established contracts for the various Corporate grounds and Destination Kohler businesses.

    • Snow removal duties may include shoveling, application of ice melt material, snow plowing, the operation of snow blowers and power brushes.

    • Performing any other work as assigned by Landscape Management Team.

     

    This role is a Full-Time opportunity. The hours are 6:30am-3:30pm weekdays, and may include the occasional weekend.

    Skills/Requirements

    • 2-3 years of Arboriculture and/or Horticulture experience preferred

    • Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License

    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis

The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location._
