    What You'll Be Doing

    + Supervise construction site employees

    + Oversee proper implementation of safety procedures

    + Assist with the planning and scheduling of work to meet project needs

    + Manage and optimize the operations at the site to include planning, personnel, equipment, quality, costs and maintenance

    + Communicate and coordinate with Construction Manager to ensure work load is scheduled and performed to meet the needs of the project

    + Performs other related job duties as assigned.

    What Are We Looking For

    + High School Diploma or equivalency and prior relevant job experience

    + Valid/Clean Drivers License is required

    + Working knowledge of regulations and regulations and regulatory agencies, such as OSHA, EPA, and zoning law

    + Understanding of the capability and proper utilization of machinery and equipment used in heavy/highway construction

    + Willingness to work Monday-Friday Daytime and Night hours depending on project needs
