The team has the opportunity to provide traditional PACU care as well as care for critically ill ICU patients, participate in new initiatives (hybrid surgical care, regional anesthesia).

Role Purpose
Responsible for maintaining accurate, current and essential information to serve as a resource advocate.
Responsibilities
+ Investigates situations involving patients, families, visitors, or personnel and takes appropriate follow up action.
+ Performs training needs assessments and develops multi-year plans to meet training needs across the organization.
+ Works closely with risk management in reducing hospital liability through prompt and caring resolution of patient issues.
+ Recommends to leadership those cases which require further review and investigation.
+ Provides in-depth analysis/recommendations of data and prepares reports, graphs and information dashboards for a variety of metrics.
