    Bennett Aerospace Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, isseeking a highly motivated an Operations Officer to support the Large Caliber, Medium Caliber, and Small Caliber Product Management Offices. This role provides day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Product Managers and Deputies, ensuring effective program execution and leadership visibility.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Support daily operations and provide administrative coordination across LC, MC, and SC Product Offices.

    + Recommend and implement improvements to operational policies, procedures, and processes.

    + Apply knowledge of Army acquisition processes and direct fire ammunition capabilities to enhance mission execution.

    + Coordinate with PM MAS Operations Officer and other staff to ensure timely communication of taskers and assignments.

    + Analyze program data and support preparation of acquisition documents (e.g., ASRs, APBs, ADMs, TCs).

    + Manage internal databases and maintain portfolio information on the Program Management Dashboard.

    Position Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Public Administration, or related field.

    + Experience in program/operations management or acquisition support within DoD.

    + Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

    + Familiarity with Army acquisition processes and ammunition programs highly desirable.

    + Demonstrated experience in LC, MC, and SC ammunition production.
