    Bennett Aerospace Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, isseeking anItem Manager – Small Caliber to support the Program Manager for Maneuver Ammunition Systems (PM MAS). The Item Manager will provide program management, field coordination, and user engagement for small caliber ammunition programs. This role bridges the gap between Soldiers, industry, and government agencies, ensuring effective development, testing, and sustainment of small caliber systems.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Provide Item Manager support at Ft. Benning, GA and Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.

    + Deliver briefings, interviews, and presentations to Soldiers, senior leaders, and industry stakeholders on small caliber ammunition capabilities.

    + Attend IPRs, technical meetings, and reviews with government agencies and contractors.

    + Act as SME to coordinate with users, promote information exchange, and augment representation in munitions programs.

    + Respond to queries and issues from the field, ensuring alignment with PM MAS policies.

    + Support development and testing of small caliber weapons systems; review and provide feedback to developers.

    + Participate in demonstrations, testing, and evaluations of small caliber ammunition, providing operational feedback.

    + Analyze and communicate impacts of requirements decisions on cost, schedule, and performance.

    + Assist in milestone documentation, engineering change proposals, waivers, deviations, and other acquisition products.

    + Provide immediate notification of ammunition-related incidents and coordinate reporting.

    + Support program execution with schedule, cost, and risk analysis, preparing written assessments of project status.

    + Conduct evaluations of process or quality problems that may impact ammunition performance or logistics.

    Position Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Program Management, or related field.

    + 5–7 years of experience in program management, acquisition, or ammunition programs.

    + Strong knowledge of small caliber ammunition systems and Army acquisition processes.

    + Experience briefing senior leaders, Soldiers, and industry audiences.

    + Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

    The salary range for this position is $** **105,00 -$140,000
