Staff Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual Warehouse Manager (Korean/English) to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of supervisors and frontline employees. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency across all warehouse functions, while fostering a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, bilingual communication ability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Pay Rate: $40.00 - $48.00 / hour

Duties:

+ Set and communicate clear expectations and empower your team to meet them

+ Lead with energy and create a positive, inclusive culture

+ Train, support, and hold Warehouse Supervisors accountable for shift performance

+ Walk the floor, lead by example, and be a visible, approachable leader

+ Champion safety, participate in ESG activities, and host site-wide events

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service and Inventory teams

+ Execute action plans to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals

+ Monitor and review team and shift performance regularly

+ Support process improvements, audits, cost reduction, and workforce planning

+ Ensure systems, processes, and equipment keep your team productive and safe

+ Tackle other duties like a pro all within your training and expertise

Position Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree required

+ Bilingual (Korean/English)

+ 3 to 5 years of experience supervising operations and managing leaders

+ Proven skills in team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration

+ Experience in warehouse or distribution environments

+ Commitment to safety and creating a positive work environment

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $40.00 - $48.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
