Staff Management is seeking a strategic and results-driven Warehouse General Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations. This role is responsible for leading multiple teams, managing inventory and logistics processes, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to align warehouse performance with organizational goals.

Pay Rate: $71.00 - $84.00 / hour

Duties:

+ Lead with Vision: Provide clear direction and energetic leadership that fosters engagement, accountability, and performance at every level

+ Own the P&L: Manage the full budget and financial performance of the facility, driving both growth and efficiency

+ Fuel Continuous Improvement: Implement scalable processes and challenge the status quo with a mindset for operational excellence

Position Requirements:

+ BA in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

+ Bilingual (Korean/English) Required

+ Minimum of 8 years experience in high-volume logistics or distribution

+ At least 5 years of leadership experience managing salaried and hourly teams

+ Proven P&L management success

+ Deep knowledge of warehouse operations, safety, labor management, and process optimization

+ Strong communication and organizational skills both on the floor and in the boardroom

+ Experience with WMS systems and warehouse tech; RF, Blue Yonder, Korber, and AS/400 are a plus

+ A proven track record in developing and implementing proactive employee relations strategies that enhance morale, engagement, and retention

+ Experience coaching and developing managers on best practices in employee management and conflict resolution

+ Bonus points for experience in food-grade or healthcare logistics environments

+ A flexible, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style you're visible, accessible, and always ready to lead by example

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $71.00 - $84.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
