    **BayCare** is currently in search of our newest outpatient **Physical Therapist Assistant Pool/PRN** who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. BayCare HealthHub **(Bloomingdale)** , is an innovative, high-tech health and wellness destination designed to make life better for residents in the greater Brandon area and surrounding communities.

    **Physical Therapist Assistant** responsibilities:

    + Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.

    + Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.

    + Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.

    + Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

    + Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.

    + Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment.

    + Collaborate with the rehab team to optimize patient outcomes

    **Requirements** :

    + BLS (Basic Life Support)

    + PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant)

    + Or PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant) Temporary and licensure within 6 months

    + Required Associate's Physical Therapy

    + Preferred 1 year Physical Therapy Assistant
