**BayCare** is currently in search of our newest dedicated **Occupational Therapist (OT)** to join our inpatient rehabilitation team on a Pool/PRN basis for **Mease Countryside Hospital** . **Occupational Therapist** responsibilities:

+ Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities.

+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs.

+ Provide training in adaptive equipment and techniques to enhance safety and independence.

+ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other care team members.

+ Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with BayCare standards.

+ Participate in discharge planning and recommend appropriate follow-up services or equipment.

Requirements:

+ BLS (Basic Life Support)

+ OT (Occupational Therapy)

+ Or OT (Occupational Therapy) Eligible to obtain

+ Required Bachelor's Occupational Therapy

+ Preferred 1 year Occupational Therapy
