**St. Joseph’s Outpatient South Tampa – Fran Prop Facility** is seeking a compassionate and skilled **Outpatient Physical Therapist** to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

**Physical Therapist Responsibilities** :

+ Conduct initial patient assessments and evaluations.

+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

+ Administer hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises.

+ Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.

+ Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.

+ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for holistic care.

+ Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

+ Use various physical therapy techniques and equipment.

+ Ensure patient safety during all therapy sessions.

**Requirements** :

+ Required BLS (Basic Life Support)

+ Required PT (Physical Therapy)

+ Or PT (Physical Therapy) Eligible to obtain

+ Or PT (Physical Therapy) Temporary and licensure within 6 months

+ Required Bachelor's Physical Therapy
