    We are seeking an **RN Nurse Manager** to join our Adult & Pediatric Nursing team in **Elmsford, NY.** This is a fantastic opportunity for an RN with strong clinical skills and a heart for mentoring others who is ready to take the next step into leadership.

    Key Responsibilities:

    In this role, you’ll guide and support our nursing team while ensuring families receive the highest level of care. Every day looks a little different, but you can expect to:

    Lead & Support

    + Supervise and mentor RNs, LPNs, and home health staff

    + Provide clinical guidance for complex cases and emergencies

    Ensure Quality Care

    + Complete initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

    + Conduct supervisory visits to make sure care is safe, effective, and family-centered

    Collaborate & Communicate

    + Work closely with physicians, therapists, schools, and families

    + Partner with our intake and scheduling teams for smooth transitions of care

    Grow the Team

    + Participate in hiring, onboarding, and developing new nursing staff

    + Promote best practices in infection control, medication safety, and patient education

    What We’re Looking For

    + RN license in NY (required)

    + 2+ years of nursing experience (home care or pediatrics a plus)

    + Trach/vent experience- or a strong interest in learning

    + A natural leader who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and problem-solving

    + Willingness to travel locally for supervisory visits

    + Able to travel to **Westchester, Orange, and Rockland County.**

     

    _Leadership experience is a plus, but not required. This is a great opportunity for a skilled RN ready to step into management._

    Salary-** Starting at $110,000 / year plus a **$5,000 bonus!
