As a Technical Content & Packaging Specialist, you'll create product experiences that balance protection, functionality, and clarity. From designing sustainable, cost-effective packaging to developing clear repair manuals and instructional videos, this role ensures our products arrive safely and our partners have the resources they need to succeed. If you're passionate about packaging design, technical content, and supporting operations with innovative solutions, this role puts you at the center of quality and customer trust.
W hat You'll Do
+ Design, test, and document packaging solutions that are protective, cost-efficient, and sustainable.
+ Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and vendors to support product launches, logistics, and damage reduction initiatives.
+ Create and maintain repair manuals, technical videos, and instructional content for devices and tools.
+ Refine repair methods and update materials based on store and technician feedback.
+ Organize and distribute manuals and documentation within the designated system.
+ Stay current with packaging innovations, sustainable materials, and technical content best practices.
What Powers You
+ Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field required
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in packaging design, testing, or development preferred
+ Familiarity with protective packaging standards, testing methods, and compliance regulations
+ Proficiency in CAD/design tools (ArtiosCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
+ Strong technical writing and documentation skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly
+ Proficiency with Google Suite or similar software
+ Experience with electronics, batteries, or fragile consumer products a plus
+ Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
