    Hours: M-F 930 am to 6 pm

     

    Salary: $95,000

     

    Local Travel: 50%

     

    Pay-To-Stay: $10,000

    Position Summary

    The Clinical Team Leader is responsible for the overall coordination, development, and daily operation of the Mobile Crisis Service. This role combines program management, direct clinical leadership, and staff supervision to ensure high-quality, responsive crisis intervention services within the community.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Oversee program development, implementation, and the day-to-day functioning of the Mobile Crisis Service.

    + Provide direct clinical services as the lead Mobile Crisis clinician when needed.

    + Supervise and support Clinical and BA-level Mobile Crisis staff, including completion of Performance Agreements.

    + Facilitate regular staff meetings, develop staff schedules, and ensure adequate coverage at all times.

    + Review shift reports, monitor follow-up services, and ensure appropriate documentation and continuity of care.

    + Collaborate closely with 311Call Center to monitor and manage dispatch activity.

    + Represent the Mobile Crisis Service at community provider meetings and actively market the program within the community.

    + Prepare reports and program updates as requested.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned to support program success.

    Qualifications

    + Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required.

    + Active NYS licensure as anLCSWorLMHCrequired.

    + Minimum of 2 years of direct experience working with individuals living with mental illness.

    + Prior supervisory experience with proven leadership skills.

    + Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a client-centered approach.

    + Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    + Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
