Summary:

This Sr. Data Analyst role will provide analytics support for a Customer Care department, plus lead multiple strategic initiatives. The analytics role utilizes SQL and Tableau and is a blend of data and strategy. You will be part of a 10-person analytics team and have your own area of ownership. This role may be remote.

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Own a suite of reports and Tableau dashboards

+ Optimize the Care department’s strategies to create $1M+ in cost savings or revenue generation

+ Lead strategic projects to increase service revenue and reduce spend, while also improving overall customer experience

+ Partner with Director and VP level leaders of our 3,000+ person contact center team that handles over 10M calls annually. Apply a data-driven, consulting approach to drive real change.

+ Partner with Technology teams in identifying and managing new and existing sources of enterprise data

Required Skills:

+ 3-5 years minimum of full-time experience with SQL

+ We also value other applicable experience in consulting, analytics, statistics, project management or operations

+ Critical thinking skills. Identify trends in Vivint customer purchasing and payments and develop creative solutions to specific problems

+ Proven track record of driving meaningful financial or customer experience improvement

+ Mindset to challenge ideas, make data-driven decisions, and think like a consultant

Required Education/Experience:

+ Experience with SQL (Snowflake) and Tableau or other dashboarding tools are strongly preferred

+ Experience with presentation and graphic storytelling (Powerpoint) to executive audiences
