This team working on creating products for enhancing marketing targeting and eligibility capabilities that drive American Express marketing campaigns. Job Responsibilities:
+ Develop, maintain and update technology build and implementation strategy and sequence.
+ Synthesize platform dependencies and modernization roadmaps into clear de-risked implementation plans
+ Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive technical documentation, including process manuals, system overviews, and operational guides.
+ Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible content tailored for diverse audiences.
+ Design and deliver high-quality presentations that effectively communicate technical and business insights to executive stakeholders.
+ Synthesize information into clear, strategic narratives that support decision-making at the leadership level.
+ Demonstrate intellectual curiosity by actively seeking opportunities to learn new technologies, processes, and industry best practices.
+ Proactively apply new knowledge to enhance documentation quality and communication effectiveness.
+ Critically assess existing documentation practices, processes, and presentation methods, and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, clarity, and impact.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business units, to gather requirements and ensure documentation accuracy.
+ Serve as a trusted liaison between technical subject matter experts and executive leadership.
+ Establish and uphold standards for documentation and presentation consistency across projects, ensuring deliverables are accurate, professional, and aligned with organizational goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 3 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or communications within a corporate or technology-focused environment.
+ Self-starter with curiosity and the confidence to question existing approaches.
+ Proven ability to create executive-level presentations that convey complex information in a clear and impactful manner.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge existing practices and recommend innovative solutions.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and interact confidently with executive stakeholders.
+ Proficiency with documentation tools, presentation software (e.g., Confluence, PowerPoint, Google Slides), and content management systems.
Qualifications
Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually bonus benefits
