    ***Press Brake Operator/Setup Technician -** Set up and operate press brakes (Prefer Accurpress brand experience), able to bring up programs, put in tooling/die sets, make adjustments, troubleshoot.

    * **Screen printer** - - Screen Printing experience REQUIRED:

    + Operate screen printing equipment to print designs onto packaging materials.

    + Mixing of ink, maintaining screens, controlling screen printing supply inventory.

    + Custom lettering on various company products.

    + Ensure all printed materials meet quality standards and adhere to design specifications.

    + Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations.

    + Inspect printed materials for defects or errors, ensuring the highest level of quality control.

    + Collaborate with the packaging team to meet production deadlines.

    + Assist in other areas of the packaging department as needed.

    * **Engineering Technician** - Responsibilities include support the development and implementation of automation, collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot manufacturing processes, support plant wide continuous improvement activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor CAD is preferred, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, excellent communication and teamwork skills, strong computer skills.
