    Job Summary and Responsibilities

     

    Are you a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist ready to directly impact patient recovery? We're seeking a skilled professional to provide hands-on patient evaluation, treatment, and education, driving maximum functional independence.

    In this vital role, you will:

    + **Evaluate & Plan:** Conduct thorough patient and family interviews, perform assessments, and develop measurable, personalized treatment plans.

    + **Deliver & Adapt:** Administer prescribed therapies, evaluate effectiveness, and adjust care for optimal outcomes.

    + **Collaborate & Lead:** Oversee PTAs/Technicians, actively participate in interdisciplinary teams, and communicate effectively with physicians and colleagues.

    + **Document & Comply:** Maintain meticulous records, meet productivity standards, and adhere to all regulatory requirements.

    + **Educate & Empower:** Provide essential patient and caregiver education for lasting success.

    + **Be Prepared:** Respond swiftly to emergencies.

     

    This is a direct patient care role focused on hands-on impact.

     

    **Shift:** Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

    Job Requirements

    We require:

    + **Education:** Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

    + **Experience:** Clinical experience in broad-based rehabilitation (preferred).

    + **Licensure:** Active Physical Therapist License (OR) & BLS-CPR (within 30 days).

    + **Skills:** Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Pay Range

    $42.99 - $63.95 /hour
