The **Weapons-St. Charles Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Organization** is seeking an **Associate, Experienced, or Lead** **Data Management Specialist** to manage contractual data deliverables through interpretation, loading, scheduling, coordination, receipt, submittal, handling, and status reporting as well as working in accordance with data marking compliance requirements in **St. Charles, Missouri** . This role requires effective interaction with external customers and suppliers, engineering teams, and other organizations.

**Position Responsibilities** :

+ Development, documentation, implementation, and consultation for the application of engineering tools, processes, and standards.

+ Provide training in the utilization of processes and tools and support the integration of **engineering data** .

+ Identify and validate **user access** roles and tip sheets.

+ Support the development and implementation of standards.

+ Develop, maintain, and distribute engineering documents, reports, and correspondence to enable business activity.

+ Collect, analyze, and validate engineering performance **metrics** and coordinate organizational requirements to support business needs.

+ Review **contracts** , ensure responsible teams generate the required technical and business documents, and **build** **metrics** to show team progress.

**This position is expected to be 100% onsite.** The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

**This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.** An interim and/or final U.S. **Secret Clearance** post start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business, or other technical field.

+ 1+ years of experience working in a professional environment.

+ 1+ years of experience working with databases.

+ **Associate (Level 2):** Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

+ **Experienced (Level 3):** Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

+ **Lead (Level 4):** Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Prior data management work experience.

+ Experience with contracts and documentation.

+ Familiarity with intellectual property subject matter.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Associate level 2 Summary pay range: $ 71,400 - $ 96,600

Experienced level 3 Summary pay range: $ 84,150 - $ 113,850

Lead level 4 Summary pay range: $ 102,000 - $138,000
