• Survey Technician Intern - Summer

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Boundary & Topographic Surveys and As-built Surveys

    + Create surveys from field crew data collector files (points), field sketches, digital photographs and reference maps

    + Generate surfaces using 3d polylines & points

    + Coordinate project requirements with team members and provide assistance when necessary to complete required tasks

    + Perform field calculations, field sketches and site photographs under the direction of the crew chief

    + Quality control

    + Operate a Trimble total station, GPS unit and data collector

    + Upload and download files from computer

    + Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    + Pursuing Bachelor's or Masters’ Degree in Civil, Environmental, Biosystems Engineering or related field

    + Effective written and communication skills

    + Self-starter who can work independently and with team members
