Amazon’s Legal organization is seeking an exceptionally bright and motivated individual to support the VP of IP Operations.
Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented professional who thrives on creating seamless operational experiences? We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant who will be the critical backbone of our leadership team, transforming complex challenges into streamlined solutions.
Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic coordination and proactive problem-solving. You'll be the organizational maestro, orchestrating calendars, managing communications, and ensuring our leadership team operates with maximum efficiency. No two days will look the same, but each will be an opportunity to demonstrate your exceptional organizational skills and professional agility.

Key job responsibilities
• Management of complex calendar and scheduling
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and following up on action items
• Organize team meetings and events
• Domestic & International travel coordination and expenses
• Work with other executive assistants throughout the team and across the company
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Experience in legal work

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
