    Temporary Credentialing Program Administrator - 250259 : N/A Description Job Summary: The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the IEEE Credentialing Program, support prospects and clients of the program, and assist the Credentialing Program Specialist with applications and operations as needed. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Education Products. Key Responsibilities Review IEEE Credentialing Program applications to ensure both accuracy and that the customer follows educational guidelines, policies and procedures. Help facilitate volunteer committee review of these applications. Ensure applications are fully vetted by the appropriate committee to ensure that new providers are qualified and within the IEEE fields of interest.  Provide customer service to IEEE Credentialing Program providers and internal IEEE operating units by resolving problems, answering questions, monitoring compliance, and assisting with reporting needs. Assist with invoicing customers and resolving billing inquiries. Provide customer service to learners that earn IEEE credentials, answering questions and providing support related to credentials delivery. Create and maintain reports for the IEEE Credentialing Program and develop presentations using this data. Use Accredible, OpenWater, and Smartsheets as required to administer the program, and answer client questions, including issuing credentials, ensuring rosters are properly formatted, and updating program metrics. Use Canva to help develop digital badge images. Qualifications Preferred Education and Experience Associate’s degree in finance or business preferred, but not required. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Productivity Tools required. Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain organized workflows, and meet deadlines required. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset required. Experience with design tools such as Canva preferred. Experience with OpenWater, Accredible, and Smartsheets preferred, but not required.
