Description
Come join the AWS Data and Analytics team in a unique role developing and driving strategic people initiatives to support the growth of the business. As a key member of the HR team, you will design and executive initiatives spanning talent management, organization effectiveness, and leadership development, and operational excellence. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, program management, and ability to influence across business and HR stakeholder groups.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop and deploy innovative talent programs that strengthen our organization's capabilities and competitive advantage
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify opportunities for organizational improvement and implement solutions at scale
• Lead cross-business initiatives that require extensive collaboration and influence
• Drive data-informed decision-making through analytics and insights that shape our people strategy
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and builder experience
• Design and deliver change management strategies to support program implementation

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of HR experience
- Experience working with global teams and diverse partners
- Experience in an HR generalist, management, or business partner role
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leadership work as an HR generalist, preferably in a high tech environment
- Master's degree or above in human resources
- Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $117,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $193,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
