Sales Enablement Program Manager- SDR
Job Description:
We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager to support our Sales Development team. In this role, you will partner closely with SD managers and sales leadership to design, deliver, and continuously improve enablement programs that ramp SDRs faster, increase lead conversion, and free up manager capacity.
This is a Hybrid role based on-site three days per week in our Atlanta, GA office at Ponce City Market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with SD managers and Sales Enablement to identify skill gaps and performance needs.
• Enhance onboarding and ongoing training programs to accelerate SDR productivity.
• Design and deliver training, coaching, and content aligned with sales strategy and priorities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to build enablement assets and facilitate engaging sessions.
• Drive initiatives that foster a coaching culture and measurable sales performance improvements.
• Support sales events, including team meetings and kickoffs.
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an SDR role at a SaaS company.
• Strong facilitation and training delivery skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Knowledge of SDR processes, prospecting strategies, and best practices.
• Experience with SalesHood, Highspot, Salesforce, Outreach, and other SDR tools a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Factor8 methodologies (SWIIFT, overcoming brushoffs, closing for commitment) preferred.
