    What You’ll Do:

    + Arrive on time to customer homes and businesses ready to complete work

    + Educate customers on system use, maintenance, and optimization

    + Install, troubleshoot, and repair wiring, outlets, panels, and fixtures

    + Use a variety of electrical tools and testing equipment

    + Apply technical skills for diagnostics, service, and preventive maintenance

    + Mentor apprentices and document all work orders

    + Follow safety standards at all times

    What We’re Looking For:

    + A valid Electrical license per state/city requirement.

    + A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to think critically.

    + The ability to read and follow technical instructions.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + In-depth knowledge of plumbing tools, techniques, equipment, and codes.

    + Knowledge of electrical codes, tools, and safety practices

    + A knack for explaining technical information in a way customers understand.

    + Familiarity with computer software tools for timekeeping, customer billing, and payment processing.
