Contract Duration: 12 Months
Required Skills & Experience
+ 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
+ 3+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning and Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
+ 3+ years of independent responsibility experience in self-performance management, accountability in risk activities and driving excellence in accordance with risk framework
Desired Skills & Experience
+ 4 + years of third-party risk management experience
+ Knowledge and understanding of client’s Third-Party Risk Platform.
+ Experience with contracts (drafting, reading/interpreting)
+ Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
+ Knowledge and understanding of Tableau
+ Solid critical thinking skills
+ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
+ Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
+ Strong relationship management skills
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
What You Will Be Doing
+ Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
+ Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
+ Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
+ Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
+ Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives.
+ Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.
+ Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.
+ Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.
+ Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
+ Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures.
+ Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners.
+ Be a part of a highly skilled team of supplier management professionals to align and execute enterprise risk strategies and supplier capabilities to achieve enterprise-wide business objectives.
+ Be accountable to the Team lead within Supplier Management for the timely execution and quality of critical activities performed within this function.
+ Collaborate with risk and oversight partners to support governance and control programs.
+ Collaborate with line of business partners to understand and effectively manage their third-party risk portfolio.
+ Participate in Supplier Management strategy development, process disciplines, and change initiatives to achieve desired results.
+ Support Third Party Program (TPP) and Supply Chain Management life cycle activities and identify new risks as business.
+ requirements evolve.
+ Contribute and provide feedback for supplier management processes, strategy, and/or enterprise program recommendations.
+ Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
+ Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business.
+ Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management.
+ Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.
