Our client, electronics manufacturing industry is seeking a Final Assembly/ Soldering- Electronics to join their team. As a Final Assembly/ Soldering- Electronics, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly and wiring tasks. The ideal candidate will have manual dexterity, attention to detail, and enjoy routine work which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Final Assembly/ Soldering- Electronics
**Location:** Lititz, PA
**Pay Range:** $18
Shift: 1st shift
What's the Job?
+ Build final product to print by placing wiring, wiring harnesses, circuit cards, and hardware components within a chassis
+ Operate various machines and hand tools to assemble electronic components
+ Read and interpret schematics, CAD drawings, or blueprints accurately
+ Ensure high attention to detail during assembly processes
+ Maintain quality standards and safety protocols throughout production
What's Needed?
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Previous soldering experience preferred
+ Ability to obtain and maintain basic certifications in IPC610 and JStandard001 procedures
+ Ability to read schematics, blueprints, or CAD drawings
+ Fine motor skills, dexterity, and good eyesight
