Our client, a leading organization in the customer service industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Representative to join their team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. **Location:** Memphis, TN
Pay Range: 13.50
Shift: 4PM to 1AM
What's the Job?
+ Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone or email
+ Providing accurate information about products and services
+ Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
+ Documenting customer interactions and updating account information
+ Collaborating with team members to improve service quality
What's Needed?
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
+ Credential requirement: 100043
