Our client, a leader in aerospace and engineering technology, is seeking a Sr Software Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Software Engineer, you will be part of the Hardware/Software Engineering department supporting software and systems integration teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and leadership experience, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Sr Software Engineer
**Location:** Phoenix, AZ (100% onsite)
**Pay Range:** $65/hr
What’s the Job?
+ Translate system-level requirements into test requirement documents.
+ Design, develop, and implement test solutions, including Rack Stack ATE, adapters, and cable sets.
+ Develop code based on schematics using C, C++, Python, LabView, and LabWindows/CVI.
+ Lead software teams through project execution and system life cycle phases.
+ Support certification processes (DO-160, DO-178, DO-254).
What’s Needed?
+ Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering discipline.
+ 7+ years of related experience, including 2+ years leading software teams.
+ Proficiency with C, C++, Python, LabWindows/CVI.
+ Strong foundation in system life cycle, technical documentation, and software requirements.
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship).
