Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Manager

**Location:** Maxville, FL

What's the Job?

+ Oversee the safe maintenance, repair, and replacement of plant equipment and systems to maximize productivity, quality, and safety.

+ Lead and supervise the maintenance team, including supervisors and coordinators, to ensure efficient operations.

+ Develop and manage the plant maintenance program based on best practices, emphasizing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

+ Coordinate maintenance activities with operations to minimize costs and ensure high reliability of equipment.

+ Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (BSME preferred).

+ Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

+ Experience with repair and maintenance of process equipment in a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and influence results.

+ Ability to analyze data, conduct assessments, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
