    Our client, In Selma, NC is seeking a EHS Orientation Trainer to join their team. As a EHS Orientation Trainer , you will be part of the Operational Excellence supporting Environmental, Health, and Safety . The ideal candidate will have Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences, A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for safety and education,

     

    and Ability to adapt training styles to meet the needs of different learning preferences, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Job Title: **EHS Orientation Trainer**

     

    Pay Range: $40-$45hr.

     

    What’s the Job?

    Max of 5

    + Facilitate onboarding training sessions for new employees, both in classroom and hands-on environments.

    + Create new and update existing training material, manuals, and presentations to align with current safety standards and company policies.

    + Conduct evaluations to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

    + Collaborate with department leaders and onboarding and training coordinators to tailor onboarding experiences to specific roles and operational needs.

    + Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety requirements.

     

    What’s Needed?

    Max of 5

    + OSHA 30 Authorized Trainer (Construction)

    + 3–5 years of experience delivering classroom-based training

    + 1–2 years of hands-on training experience

    + Fall Protection Experienced Trainer

    + Space Experienced Trainer• Forklift / Rough Terrain Experienced Trainer• CPR / First Aid / AED Trainer• Fire Extinguisher Safety Experienced Trainer• Rigging & Signaling Experienced Trainer• Electrical Safety NFPA 70E Experienced Trainer
