    Our client, a leading organization in the transportation and training industry, is seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Coordinator to join their team. As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Training Department supporting the company's growth and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Learning & Development Coordinator

    **Location:** Seville, OH

    Pay Range:

    Shift: 8am - 5pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Support and coordinate the company's training programs, ensuring seamless execution and participant engagement.

    + Partner with support center and field team members to develop successful training plans for new and promoted team members.

    + Manage travel arrangements, including setting up, updating, and reconciling travel plans for training participants.

    + Monitor and process per diem and corporate travel card expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance.

    + Assist leadership by analyzing training reports and maintaining documentation to support program tracking and improvement.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + One to three years of administrative experience, preferably in a training or corporate environment.

    + Excellent communication skills with a welcoming and professional demeanor.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    + Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under time constraints.

    + Proficiency in Office365 software, primarily Outlook and Excel.
