    Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Application Production Support (L3) (Kennesaw) to join their dynamic team. As a Application Production Support (L3) (Kennesaw), you will be part of the Production Support Department supporting critical business operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

    **Location:** Kennesaw, GA (3 days onsite)

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manage and support day-to-day operations of the technology platform, ensuring stability and performance.

    + Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues using advanced technical skills.

    + Coordinate release and deployment activities, ensuring operational readiness and minimal disruption.

    + Monitor application performance and conduct capacity and availability management.

    + Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and service analytics to drive continuous improvement.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 10 to 12 years of experience in production support of .NET and Java web applications.

    + 3 to 5 years of experience with Java and Web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.

    + Proficiency with Linux/Unix OS commands and knowledge of Oracle and PLSQL.

    + Experience with tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Glassbox, and Remedy.

    + Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze Java heap and thread dumps and perform troubleshooting.
