    Our client, a leading organization in the defense manufacturing sector, is seeking a Cable Inspector Manufacturing to join their team. As a Cable Inspector Manufacturing, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the production and inspection teams. The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Cable Inspector Manufacturing

    **Location:** Windsor Mil, MD

    Pay Range: Based on Experience

    **Shift:** 6:30 AM - 3:15 PM, Monday to Friday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform thorough inspections and quality checks on cable assemblies to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.

    + Conduct electrical and mechanical testing on cables and assemblies using standard and specialized equipment.

    + Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings to verify accuracy and adherence to design requirements.

    + Program and utilize computer test programs to automate testing processes and improve efficiency.

    + Supervise and coordinate the activities of other inspectors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Proven experience in cable inspection and cable assembly quality control processes.

    + Relevant technical certification or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields preferred.

    + Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings.

    + Experience with programming computer test programs and using inspection equipment.

    + Strong supervisory skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
