Job Title: Human Resources Assistant III
Shift: 1st shift (7:30am-4:00pm)
Pay: $65k-$75k
What’s the Job?
What You'll Do: As a Human Resources Assistant III, you will take on a senior-level role in the HR department, providing advanced administrative support and assisting in the management of HR programs and initiatives. You will play a key role in supporting HR processes, employee relations, and HR compliance activities.
Functions:
+ Provide advanced administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence
+ Assist in the administration of HR programs and initiatives, such as employee benefits, performance management, and employee engagement activities
+ Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and requests regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing guidance and assistance as needed
+ Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications
+ Support employee relations activities, including conducting investigations, documenting incidents, and facilitating resolution of employee issues
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, including personnel files, employment history, and performance evaluations
+ Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
+ 6-9 years of experience in a human resources or administrative role
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced envi
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience with HRIS software or other HR management systems
+ Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
+ Certification in human resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)
+ Familiarity with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
