Our client, in Avon Lake, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the administrative team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Front Desk Specialist
Pay Range: 21/hour
Hours: 8am - 5pm; 6 month assignment with potential for extension or conversion to perm.
What’s the Job?
+ Serving as the first point of contact and face of the company
+ Deliver exceptional customer experiences by attentively listening to customers
+ Greet visitors and process facility access and maintain visitor database
+ Issue security access cards for new hires and contractors using the access credential program
+ Coordinate meeting rooms and appointments
+ Provide administrative support, including recordkeeping, filing, data entry, and correspondence preparation
What’s Needed?
+ HSD or GED
+ 3-5 years of experience in a receptionist or similar customer service role
+ Strong work ethic, critical thinking, and conflict resolution abilities
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Ability to handle and prioritize a heavy workload while maintaining customer satisfaction
