About The Role
The Master Data Analyst I is responsible for maintaining accurate, consistent, and reliable material and customer pricing master data in SAP throughout the entire product life-cycle. This role works closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Procurement, and Operations to support product launches, resolve data issues, and drive process improvements across multiple product lines.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Support the creation and maintenance of material master data in SAP
+ Complete new material workflows and claims accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material master data is correct through all work-streams; understand how data management process impacts sales and supply chain processes.
+ Analyze and process new and/or updated customer pricing master data requests, ensuring systems reflect accurate and current information.
+ Validate and maintain material and customer pricing master data integrity through scheduled data audits, identifying and resolving inconsistencies.
+ Create and maintain customer material number relationships, updating the system based on incoming requests.
+ Provide troubleshooting and error resolution support for material and customer pricing master data related issues based on incoming requests.
+ Create, maintain, and improve reports and reference tools to support data accuracy and team efficiency.
Experience
+ 2 years of working experience or Bachelor-s Degree in related field
Knowledge/ training (preferred):
+ SAP working knowledge is highly desirable
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
+ Experience working with Master Data Management, Product Management, or a related role
+ Electrical/Mechanical/Technical background a plus but not required
Education
+ Bachelors degree preferred
