NOW HIRING: Machine Operator (Train on 1st, Move to 3rd Shift) | $18/hr to start – $20/hr after hire!

Shift Details:

+ **Start on 1st Shift** for training

+ **Move to 3rd Shift** once training is complete

+ Must be flexible and willing to work overnight hours

Pay:

+ **$18.00/hr starting pay** (includes shift differential)

+ **Bump to $20.00/hr** after successful temp-to-hire conversion

Job Responsibilities:

+ Operate and monitor production machinery

+ Ensure products meet quality and safety standards

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus

+ Must be dependable with strong attention to detail

+ Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity:

This is a long-term position with the potential to be hired on permanently — with a pay increase and access to full-time benefits after conversion!
