    Our client, a retail industry leader, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Labor Associate to join their team. As a General Labor Associate, you will be an essential part of the retail store supporting daily operations and customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** General Labor Retail Associate

    **Location:** Elkridge, MD

    **Pay Range:** $18

    **Shift:** 1st / Day

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist in daily retail store operations to ensure smooth functioning

    + Provide excellent customer service to a diverse clientele including restaurants and everyday shoppers

    + Handle cash, checks, and invoices accurately and efficiently

    + Support inventory management and store cleanliness

    + Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 2-3 years of retail experience, particularly in customer-facing roles

    + Cashier experience with handling cash, checks, and invoices

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    + Outgoing personality with a customer-focused attitude

    + Ability to work part-time, including every other Saturday
