Our client, a leading organization in the **Real Estate and Facilities sector** , is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join their team. As an Accounting Coordinator, you will be part of the **Real Estate and Facilities Department** supporting **finance and property operations teams** . The ideal candidate will have **analytical thinking** , **attention to detail** , and **strong communication skills** which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Lease Payables Specialist
What’s the Job?
+ Monitor shared inboxes, manage workflows, and distribute physical mail.
+ Process lease-related expenses such as utilities, building repairs, insurance, and taxes.
+ Ensure charges comply with lease terms and company policies.
+ Communicate with landlords and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
+ Maintain accurate records and perform financial calculations using Microsoft Excel.
What’s Needed?
+ 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable or real estate accounting (preferred but not required).
+ Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.
