Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a 3rd Shift Entry Level Machine Operator in Whitewater, WI to join their dedicated team. As a 3rd Shift Entry Level Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and a strong desire to succeed, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Location:** Whitewater, WI

**Pay Range:** $18

**Shift:** 3rd Shift

What's the Job?

+ Load, inspect, and process parts following hands-on work instructions, visual aids, and quality alerts on modern machining centers

+ Ensure design features and tolerances conform to manufacturing requirements through frequent inspections

+ Utilize various inspection techniques such as CMM, air probes, electronic, and hand gaging equipment

+ Make small offsets and tool changes to maintain process stability and quality standards

+ Perform basic material preparation and handling, including forklift operation

What's Needed?

+ Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a manufacturing environment

+ Problem-solving skills and the ability to make basic decisions to uphold quality standards

+ Ability to lift up to 30 lbs safely and efficiently

+ Basic math skills, including adding and subtracting decimals

+ Comfortable recording data accurately in computer systems
