    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    + Relationship building with the local customer organization

    + Price management and tracking in SAP

    + Reporting towards (Key) Account Manager in central organisation

    + Manage, monitor and report special commercial cases, e.g. special builds, prototypes, extraordinary changes and supply chain topics like airfreights

    + Commercial partner for the ECM, manage and monitor ECM evaluations to reduce risks and optimize profit

    + Prepare and negotiate quotes for ECM after SOP

    + Maintain „commercial BOM“ after SOP in order to track take rates, average material and logistic costs etc. which can be used for OP/SP planning

    + Prepare and analyse short term volume forecast

    + Keep close contact to all plant function like controlling or logistics for any kind of commercial topics

    + Escalate and work together with Account Manager to solve plant issues

    Required Skills & Experience:

    + Degree in engineering, business administration, or related field

    + 3 years of work experience in: engineering and/or sales and/or controlling, preferable in automotive context

    + Experience with software such as SAP, CRM Dynamics

    + Advanced experience with MS office (Excel, PowerPoint)

    + Preferable experience in project management, in interdisciplinary team management

    + Good communication skill

    + Ability to Manage Multiple Assignments with Minimal Supervision

    + Support (Key) Account Manager by providing and preparing needed information for all plant related topics
