    Robert Half Office Team (El Paso, TX)


    Description

    Several Customer Service Agents to help support on lead generation.

     

    MUST be able to provide your own equipment.

    Details:

    Located: El Paso (100% REMOTE)

     

    Contract for 3 months, with opportunity to go permanent after 3 months!

    Pay: $15/hr

    1 hour lunch + two 15-minute breaks

     

    Hours 9am- 6pm MST / Monday – Friday (NO WEEKENDS!)

    Responsibilities:

    • 1 week of mandatory training (cannot miss anytime during 1st week)

    • High Volume call center, outbound dials and scripted calls to insurance and mortgage companies (bulk customers)

    • 300 + calls a day

    Requirements:

    • laptop / desktop, headset, and ethernet cable for wired connection

    • Strong Wi-Fi connection (cannot work off Wi-Fi alone, must have ethernet connection)

    • MUST be able to pass BACKGOUND & DRUG SCREEN + Internet connectivity test
